Marinate for about 30 minutes. 2️⃣ Soak the long beans in lightly salted water for 10 minutes, then cut them into 2 cm pieces. 3️⃣ Stir-fry the minced pork until fragrant, then set aside. 4️⃣ Sauté ginger and garlic until aromatic. Add the long beans and stir-fry well. Stir in 1 tbsp sweet yellow bean paste and sauté, then splash in 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine and add 1 small cup of water. Cover and cook the beans for 1 minute. Tambahkan larutan tepung maizena sedikit demi sedikit, lalu sedikit minyak untuk mengunci jus daging. Marinasi selama sekitar 30 menit. 2️⃣ Rendam kacang panjang dalam air garam ringan selama 10 menit, lalu potong-potong sekitar 2 cm. 3️⃣ Tumis daging babi cincang hingga harum, lalu sisihkan. 4️⃣ Tumis jahe dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan kacang panjang dan aduk rata. Masukkan 1 sdm pasta kacang kuning manis dan tumis sebentar, kemudian tuang 1 sdm anggur Shaoxing dan tambahkan 1 cangkir kecil air.
