Bring to a boil and cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Season with salt to taste. Kupas dan buang biji pepaya hijau. Bilas kacang tanah dan kacang black-eyed, lalu sisihkan. 2️⃣ Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam panci, tambahkan 1 potong jahe dan air secukupnya. Didihkan dan masak dengan api besar selama 10 menit, lalu kecilkan api dan didihkan perlahan selama 1 jam. Bumbui dengan garam secukupnya. Balatan at tanggalin ang mga buto ng green papaya. Banlawan ang peanuts at black-eyed beans, at itabi. 2️⃣ Ilagay ang lahat ng sangkap sa isang kaldero, magdagdag ng 1 pirasong luya at sapat na tubig. Pakuluan at lutuin sa malakas na apoy sa loob ng 10 minuto, pagkatapos ay hinaan ang apoy at pakuluin nang dahan-dahan sa loob ng 1 oras. Timplahan ng asin ayon sa panlasa.
