木棉魚豆腐湯
材料:
急凍大眼雞魚2條
豆腐1磚
薑1舊
處理:
1. 魚,清水解凍。
2. 魚,除去內臟,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
3. 薑,1開2,拍鬆。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
2. 放薑片煎香,另一邊大火煲1煲滾水。
3. 放魚煎香,轉中火,繼續煎。
4. 魚,一面煎至金黃色,,反轉繼續煎。
5. 魚,兩面已煎至金黃色,轉大火,加入大滾水。
6. 豆腐,洗乾淨,1開8,放入魚湯內。
7. 大火滾起後,轉中火,繼續滾20分鐘。
8. 湯滾好,完成,可享用。

Tofu soup with big eye chicken fish🥘
Ingredients:
Frozen big eye chicken fish 2 Nos.
Tofu 1 cube
Ginger 1 No.
Preparation:
1. The fish, defrost with tap water.
2. Remove its intestines. Rinse thoroughly. Hang dry.
3. Ginger, divide into 2 shares. Beat well.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Fry the ginger well. Heat up a pot of water at high flame on the other side.
3. Fry the fish well. Turn to medium flame. Continue frying.
4. Fish, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip it over, continue frying.
5. Fish, two sides have been fried into golden yellow. Turn to high flame. Pour boiled~up water into wok.
6. Tofu, get it rinsed, divide it into 8 pieces. Put into the soup.
7. Turn to medium flame after boils up. Continue to cook for 20 minutes.
8. Soup has been cooked well.
9. Complete. Serve.
