蒜蓉蒸法國鱸魚
材料:
急凍法國鱸魚件1磅
蒜蓉1湯匙
處理:
1. 鱸魚,清水解凍。
2. 鱸魚解凍後,清水洗乾淨。
3. 小心刮淨魚鱗,廚紙索乾,切一舊舊,放碗內。
4. 鱸魚調味:
a. 生粉半湯匙
b. 油半茶匙
c. 蒜蓉1湯匙
d. 胡椒粉少許
e. 鹽少許
撈勻,鋪好在碟上。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚8分鐘。
3. 魚蒸好。
4. 完成,可享用。

1. Seabass, defrost in tap water.
2. The fish has been defrosted, rinse thoroughly.
3. Scale the fish carefully. Dry with kitchen towels. Cut in pieces. Put in a bowl.
4. Season the fish:
a. Tapioca starch 0.5 tbsp
b. Oil 0.5 tsp
c. Garlics sauce 1 tbsp
d. Pepper little
e. Salt little
Mix well. Put on plate.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 8 minutes.
3. The fish, steam well.
4. Complete. Serve.
