Healthy chocolate-banana oat pancakes with no flour or sugar – filling, tender, and low-calorie! Banana provides natural sweetness, cocoa gives rich flavor, and the yogurt cream makes them incredibly creamy.
Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
For the pancakes:
• 2 cups rolled oats (200 g / 7 oz) → grind into flour
• 1⅓ cups milk (320 ml / 10.8 fl oz)
• 2 eggs
• 5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ tsp vanilla powder/extract
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 ripe banana → mash with a fork
• Pinch of salt
• Sweetener to taste (if more sweetness needed)
For the cream:
• ¾ cup yogurt or sour cream (150 g / 5 oz)
• 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (or stevia to taste)
For garnish:
• Sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Grind oats in a blender into flour.
2. Add milk + eggs + cocoa + vanilla + baking powder + coconut oil + mashed banana + salt + sweetener (optional).
3. Mix into a smooth, pourable batter.
4. Lightly grease a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium.
5. Pour portions of batter, cover, and cook a few minutes on low per side.
6. Cream:
o Mix yogurt + maple syrup.
7. Serve:
o Spread cream on the pancakes.
o Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
o Enjoy your meal!
Serving & Storage
• Serve warm – the cream melts and makes them even tastier!
• Store pancakes in the fridge up to 3 days; keep cream separate.

• Skip maple syrup – even fewer calories.
• Add ½ tsp cinnamon to boost metabolism.
• Calories for 2–3 pancakes with cream ≈ 250–300 kcal.
