全部波蘭種240克
全部燙種270克
高筋麵粉240克(2杯)
白糖15克(1大勺)
蜂蜜20克(1大勺)
雞蛋1個(蛋液約50克)
牛奶60克(4大勺)
酵母3克(3/4小勺)
鹽4克(2/3小勺)
無鹽黃油40克(8小勺)
第二次發酵好後的麵包坯,表面淋上開水,沾上芝麻、麥片、南瓜籽仁、葵花籽仁⋯⋯或者您喜歡的穀物和堅果碎
噴水後入爐烘烤
烤箱預熱15分鐘以後
用200°C~210°C
烘烤18~22分鐘

After the second rise, drizzle the dough with boiling water and sprinkle with sesame seeds, oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or your favorite chopped grains and nuts.
Spray with water and bake in the oven.
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes. Bake at 200°C-210°C for 18-22 minutes. (Times are for reference only; please adjust according to your baking pan and oven.)
