Ihalo ang asin, asukal, puting paminta, cornstarch, at kaunting mantika. I-marinate nang mga 30 minuto. 2️⃣ Hugasan ang upo at hiwain sa mga piraso o hiwa. Basagin ang maalat na itlog at paghiwalayin ang pula at puti. 3️⃣ Magpainit ng kaunting mantika sa kawali. I-gisa ang baboy hanggang sa lumabas ang bango, idagdag ang luya, saka ilagay ang upo. Magbuhos ng mainit na tubig, ilagay ang pula ng itlog, takpan at pakuluan nang 5 minuto.
