🟢做法:
1️⃣ 把紅蔥頭、蒜頭和薑切粒。金菇切去頭部,略為撕碎備用。
2️⃣ 調醬汁:將沙茶醬1湯匙、蠔油1湯匙、生抽1湯匙、糖1茶匙、老抽1/2茶匙、少許胡椒粉、少許芝麻油、少許雞粉加入溫水160毫升拌勻。
3️⃣ 爆香紅蔥頭、薑和蒜頭,放入金菇,把肥牛鋪在金菇上面,將調好的醬汁淋在肥牛上,蓋上鍋蓋,中火煮2–3分鐘。

🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Dice the shallot, garlic, and ginger. Trim the roots of the enoki mushrooms and gently separate them for later use.
2️⃣ Prepare the sauce: mix 1 tbsp sacha sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, a little white pepper, a little sesame oil, a little chicken stock powder, and 160 ml warm water.
3️⃣ Sauté the shallot, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, add the enoki mushrooms, lay the thinly sliced fatty beef on top, pour the prepared sauce over the beef, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.

🟢 Petunjuk Memasak:

2️⃣ Siapkan saus: campur 1 sdm saus sacha, 1 sdm saus tiram, 1 sdm kecap asin, 1 sdt gula, 1/2 sdt kecap manis gelap, sedikit lada putih, sedikit minyak wijen, sedikit bubuk kaldu ayam, dan 160 ml air hangat.
3️⃣ Tumis bawang merah, jahe, dan bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan jamur enoki, susun daging sapi iris tipis di atas jamur, tuang saus yang sudah disiapkan, tutup panci, dan masak dengan api sedang selama 2–3 menit.

2️⃣ Ihanda ang sarsa: pagsamahin ang 1 tbsp sarsa ng sacha, 1 tbsp sarsa ng talaba, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp asukal, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, kaunting puting paminta, kaunting langis ng sesame, kaunting chicken stock powder, at 160 ml mainit na tubig.
3️⃣ Igisa ang shallot, luya, at bawang hanggang maging mabango, idagdag ang enoki mushroom, ilatag ang manipis na hiniwang baka sa ibabaw, ibuhos ang inihandang sarsa sa baka, takpan ang palayok, at lutuin sa medium heat ng 2–3 minuto.
