You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰 Recipe for cooking and ingredients: ½ cup (1.8 oz / 50 g) rolled oats. ½ cup (2.5 oz / 70 g) prunes. 1/3 cup (1.8 oz / 50 g) raisins. 1/3 cup (1.8 oz / 50 g) dried cranberries. Soak in cold water for 15 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon cocoa. Add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Add 1 tablespoon coconut flakes. Cut the raisins into pieces. Cut the cranberries into pieces. Cut 2/3 cup (2.8 oz / 80 g) of flavored almonds into pieces. Toast in a frying pan. Cut into pieces. Add nuts. Place the prunes in a blender. Take 1 ripe banana. Cut into pieces. Place the banana in a blender. Purify the mixture in the blender. Add this mixture to the ingredients. Chop 60 g of hazelnuts into pieces. Add nuts. Mix all ingredients.
