高速煲秋冬清潤雪梨茶
材料:
雪梨5個
南杏一兩
無花果8粒
程序:
1. 雪梨,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,一開四,去芯。
2. 洗乾淨高速煲煲。
3. 南杏及無花果,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。
3. 在煲內,加入雪梨。
4. 加入清水4升在煲內。
5. 湯,煲25分鐘。
6. 煲好,焗兩小時或以上。
7. 如果用明火煲,大火滾起,轉中火 ,煲25分鐘,熄火,焗兩小時或以上。
8. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Pears 5 Nos.
South apricot kernels 1 tael
Dried figs 8 Nos.
Steps:
1. Pears, rinse with tap water. Drain. Divide each into 4 shares. Remove cores.
2. Rinse a high speed cooker.
3. Kernels and figs, rinse with tap water. Put in the cooker.
3. Add in the pears in the cooker.
4. Add in 4L of water in the cooker.
5. Boil the soup for 25 minutes.
6. Finish. Leave it for 2 hours or more.
7. If the soup is boiled with gas cooker, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium flame and boil for 25 minutes. Turn off fire. Leave it for 2 hours or more.
8. Complete. Serve.
