大家知道提拉米蘇吧! 甜甜的滋味帶點咖啡的香氣, 算是一道大人都會很愛的甜點! 今天我們用一點小撇步, 把有點複雜的提拉米蘇,變簡單 重點是免烤箱,就可以完美復刻! 喜歡提拉米蘇的朋友,千萬不能錯過! 如果還有喜歡什麼「小撇步料理」,也歡迎下方留言給簡單哥喔! - (今日份量: 6人份) 🥣需要準備的材料🥣 👉馬斯卡邦起司 250克 |Mascarpone Cheese 250g 👉厚片吐司 2片|Toast 2pcs 👉萊姆酒 1大匙|Rum 1Tbsp 👉鮮奶油 180克|Whipping Cream 180g 👉咖啡 約150毫升|Coffee 150ml 👉蛋 2顆|Egg 2pcs 👉糖 60克|Sugar 60g - ①將吐司切成條狀 ②取出蛋黃攪拌後加入糖(一半)拌勻,將蛋黃打至乳白狀 ③將蛋液隔水加熱攪拌,水不能碰到碗以免過度加熱,不時要離火攪拌,攪拌至蛋液可以畫一個8字即可 ④熱鍋放入吐司,乾煎至四面金黃備用 ⑤鮮奶油倒入碗中攪拌打發至倒勾狀 ⑥先拿一點鮮奶油拌至打發的蛋黃中拌開,再將混合後的蛋黃倒入鮮奶油中拌勻 ⑦馬斯卡邦起司加入糖(剩下的)均勻攪拌,加入萊姆酒、咖啡攪拌 ⑧將些許鮮奶油糊拌到馬斯卡邦起司中拌勻,再將起司糊倒入鮮奶油糊全部拌勻 ⑨吐司一邊沾上咖啡鋪底,將咖啡均勻的刷在吐司上 ⑩倒入一半慕斯再陸續鋪上沾了咖啡的吐司 ⑪最後再加上慕斯然後拿去冰箱冷藏 ⑫冷藏一個晚上後再拿出來灑可可粉即可 - 🥘cooking🥘 ①Cut the toast into strips. ②Separate the yolk firstly, then stir well with sugar(30g), and beat the yolk into milkiness. ③Stir well the egg white over water, keep the bowl off the water make sure it’s not over heated, stir the egg white until it’s thick. ④Preheating the pot then add toast, pan fry it until golden brown and set aside. ⑤Put the whipping cream in the bowl and beat until it’s stiff. ⑥Add some whipped cream into yolk mixture, gently fold through, when most incorporated, add remaining whipped cream and fold through until just combined. ⑦Stir Mascarpone Cheese and remaining sugar evenly, then stir with Rum and black coffee. ⑧Add some cream mixture into Mascarpone Cheese and gently fold through, then add it in cream mixture and fold through until just combined. ⑨Take the toast and dip one side of the toast with coffee and line the bottom of a container, then brush the toast gently. ⑩Spread over half the cream, then top with another layer of coffee dipped toast. ⑪Spread with remaining cream, then refrigerate for over night ⑫After refrigerate for over night, then dust with cocoa powder, then you are ready to serve - ❤️簡單哥感謝大家的觀看❤️ 🍳簡單哥的好物推薦🍳 簡單哥使用的保鮮盒是 「德國雙人智能真空保鮮組」 ✨全台專櫃與MOMO購物網現正熱烈預購中✨
