Want a super simple and healthy dessert with no sugar, no flour, and no baking? This creamy banana chocolate dessert is perfect!
Just 2 main ingredients, 5 minutes of prep — and a few hours later you’ll have a rich, chocolatey, guilt-free treat you can enjoy every day!
Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
• Ripe bananas — 2 (≈200–220 g)
• Sugar-free dark chocolate — 160 g (5.6 oz)
• Ground cinnamon — ½ teaspoon (optional)
• Pinch of salt (optional)
For the aromatic tea (bonus):
• Orange slices
• Grapefruit slices
• 2 lemon slices
• Black loose-leaf tea — 2 tablespoons
• Dried mint — 1 teaspoon
• Boiling water — 1 liter
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop 2 bananas into pieces.
2. Melt 160 g sugar-free dark chocolate over a water bath.
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the bananas.
4. Add ½ tsp cinnamon and a pinch of salt (optional).
5. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
6. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or container.
7. Place in the freezer for 3–4 hours until firm.
8. Remove from the mold and cut into pieces before serving.
Aromatic Tea: Add orange, grapefruit, and lemon slices to a teapot with 2 tbsp black tea and 1 tsp dried mint. Pour over 1 liter of boiling water and steep for 4–6 minutes. Perfect with the dessert!
Serving & Storage Serve slightly frozen — it has a wonderful creamy texture. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
